We are a small company, and as such cannot offer any type of credit terms.

TURN AROUND TIMES AND RUSH CHARGES:
Normal print turn-around times are 10-15 business days. We encourage you to ask when placing an order what the current turn-around times are.
If you need your job in less than 10-15 days, the following rush charges apply:
4-5 business days – 50% of invoice
5-10 business days 25% of invoice
Rush orders require payment in full when order is placed.
Production turn times quoted start once final art approval, order deposit, and all your garments have been received
We only guarantee that an order will be processed in time to ship to meet a guaranteed delivery date. Once an order has been shipped, we assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected or shipments that arrive late due to shipping issues.
You are responsible for all shipping charges. We take no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or late delivery once your order has left our shop.
Estimates and quotes do not include shipping charges. Once we know what those are, we will invoice you separately.
OVERRUNS – UNDERRUNS:
Because screen printing isn’t an exact science, misprints are a possibility.
If you must have an exact number of items, it is highly recommended that you order extra garments to compensate for misprints.
Orders are subject to a 2% misprint rate on standard printing, or two shirts per design, or per shirt size whichever is greater.
All over printing on a garment is subject to a 5% misprint rate.
Acceptable misprint rate is based on total number of impressions printed, not total number of items in the order.
We do not charge for misprinted items in your order, but your order may be shorted or may be delivered with extra garments printed within the above tolerances.
You will be charged for delivered garments. You will not be charged for misprinted garments.
If you have artwork created by Native Screen Print Co, you are paying for the labor to create the art and the license to use the artwork created exclusively for print jobs ordered from us.
Should you decide you want to own your artwork outright, an additional fee will apply for the transfer of copyright.
Artwork charges are due at the time the order for artwork is submitted.
You may submit your own created artwork to us for use in the screen printing of your products.
All artwork supplied by you is to be provided in one of the following formats: Corel Draw V12, Adobe Illustrator CS2, CS3, CS4, or Photoshop CS2, CS3 or CS4.
Photoshop art is subject to a color separation fee and will be quoted on a per job basis.
All films and screens used in the production of your order remain the property of Native Screen Print Co. We agree to not use your supplied artwork for any other purpose than the creation of the products ordered by you.
You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your artwork is correct prior to order production.
When you submit your own artwork for an order, the artwork will be considered to have been proofed once submitted to us. If artwork submitted is still in draft form, you must make us aware that the art provided is not the final artwork for the order, and the order will go on hold until final artwork is approved.
If we create the artwork for you, then you will have an opportunity to proof the art prior to production. You are required to carefully review your graphics, paying particular attention to spelling if your graphic incorporates words.
If printed colors are critical to your project, we recommend that you verify the colors chosen for print against a Pantone book. Proofs against a paper print or computer monitor screen for color cannot be guaranteed.
Once you have approved the artwork, Native Screen Print Co will not be held responsible should the order be completed and later found to have errors due to spelling or other issues when the final product’s graphic matches your approved art.
Pantone colors are an industry standard and as such we expect provided artwork to call out specific Pantone colors. If you do not specify a specific Pantone color, then your colors are subject to our ‘eye’ match.
When this is the case, we will not be responsible should you not be satisfied with chosen colors.
Water-based and discharge inks require more work to match colors and have a higher degree of variation in the accuracy of their Pantone matching formulas. Water Based and Discharge inks are not guaranteed to match the Pantone color book, but we will do our best to come as close as possible.
Some inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage. We will not be responsible for these inconsistencies when printing across seams and on zippered garments.
ALL OVER PRINTING:
Native Screen Print Co does not currently have the ability to do all-over printing. However, we have some partners in the industry who can, and we can work with you to get that type of job done.
Accepted quotes and orders are not cancellable after deposit has been made, unless all details are agreed upon in writing by both parties, including buyer’s agreement to assume a stated amount of termination charges.
Termination charges will be based on the amount of work performed by Native Screen Print Co to fill your order.
We do want to ensure your experience with Native Screen Printing Co is a good one always, and we will do our best to ensure you receive the highest quality screen printing.
However, if we make a mistake or damage your goods, we will either re-print or credit you.
